So, I built a team around the principles that have always guided my work: top-tier customer service, exceptional market knowledge, outstanding communication, and a fierce dedication to our clients. In 2014, I founded The Baker Team and was fortunate to bring together a group of smart, creative, problem-solving, and energetic REALTORS® who share that same commitment. Jamie Baker and Erin Hendrick brought extensive experience in creative marketing and client-focused sales, while our amazing assistant, Juan Labao (Miq), joined us to oversee transaction coordination and social media.
Before entering real estate, my career in Boston’s major media sales and in a management capacity gave me valuable skills that translated naturally into luxury residential real estate.This includes strategic marketing, negotiation, relationship building, and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver results.
